Job description

End-to-End AI Solutions: You design, implement, and modernize data systems and algorithms, moving projects from initial POC to stable production.

  • Data Craftsmanship: You work with structured and unstructured data, mastering everything from preprocessing and augmentation to meaningful visualization.
  • Model Innovation: You help train and fine-tune models for diverse use cases across text, image, audio and video.
  • Explainable AI: You work with open-source algorithms and help make complex AI logic understandable for stakeholders and large audiences.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, Tech Literacy: You have initial experience or a very strong interest in designing algorithms and building Generative AI applications.

  • The Basics (and beyond): Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy), SQL, and data visualization. You are comfortable in Jupyter Notebooks.
  • AI Ecosystem: You have basic knowledge of ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) and are eager to dive deep into LangChain, LLM orchestration, and vector databases.
  • Engineering Excellence: You value clean code. Collaborative development via Pull Requests, code reviews, and CI/CD automation is part of your DNA.
  • Consultancy Mindset: You enjoy the fast-paced nature of consulting, learning how to translate business problems into technical architectures.
  • Language: English (Must-have): Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required to effectively interact with our team. German (Nice-to-have): Proficiency in German is a strong plus for collaborating with clients and partners.

We are looking for a (Junior) AI Engineer (m/f/d) in Full-time (40h) who is ready to move beyond experiments and start building scalable solutions for the media world of tomorrow. You will be part of a high-impact team in Berlin (hybrid setup), working at the intersection of technology and real-world consultancy. The position is initially limited to 2 years with the option of extension and starts at the earliest possible date.
