Job description
The Senior Principal Architect provides strategic and hands-on architectural leadership across enterprise platforms supporting sales, service, marketing, digital commerce, ERP, and data. This senior role bridges business strategy and technology execution, designing scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions with a strong focus on AI-enabled capabilities and enterprise integrations.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across CRM, digital commerce, ERP, and data platforms
- Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
- Translate business objectives into clear, executable solution designs
- Architect AI-enabled solutions, including intelligent automation, analytics, and decision support
- Design and oversee complex integrations using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines
- Provide architectural guidance for platform modernization and enterprise transformations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mentor other architects
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology security practices?, Do you have a Bachelorās degree?, * Bachelor s in MIS, computer science, or other related degree.
- Masters preferred but not required
- 10+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
- 12+ years of experience in Solution, Business, or Enterprise Architecture, * Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise solutions
- Familiarity with AI-enabled platform features (CRM-native AI, ERP assistants, analytics/ML platforms)
- Understanding of data architectures supporting AI solutions
- Ability to design AI solutions aligned with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles
- Proven experience as a senior, business-facing architect in complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds) and SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise integration architectures
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, MedTech) preferred
