FT - Weekend PHP Supervisor 2 Yrs exp

We’re hiring a Weekend Supervisor to support our Partial Hospitalization Program on Saturdays and Sundays (9 AM-3 PM group hours). This is a great opportunity for licensed professionals who want a consistent weekend role and are passionate about helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the weekend team and provide support, supervision, and guidance to ensure the clinical services maintain the highest standards.
• Conduct intake assessments and evaluate client needs as needed
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings as needed
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions if needed using evidence-based practices
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR and ensure the team completes all necessary documentation within 24 hours
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure quality care delivery

Do you have a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license?, Do you have experience in Substance abuse?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Active license: CSAC, CSAC-A, QMHP-A, LPC, or LCSW (Virginia)

• 2 years of experience in addiction counseling, behavioral health, or case management
• Ability to work Friday to Monday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Preferred

• Experience in PHP or IOP level of care
• Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (sunwave), * Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Substance Abuse Counselor : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor License (Required)
• CSAC, LCSW, QMHP, LPC, (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Norfolk, VA 23513 (Required)

Schedule

• Friday through Monday
• Group Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• On-site time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Total Weekly Hours: ~36-40 hours
