On Prem Imperva Firewall Operations Governance Teradata SQL Data Security Data Discovery Cloud Security Cloud Database Microsoft Azure Security Systems Unstructured Data Business Valuation Amazon Web Services Information Privacy Oracle SQL Developer Data Loss Prevention Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), Our client is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to support enterprise-wide data security initiatives across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role will focus on protecting structured and unstructured data through the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of data protection technologies, while contributing to ongoing security projects and platform upgrades., Support the protection and monitoring of structured and unstructured data across the organization

Assist in the administration and enhancement of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), database monitoring, and data scanning solutions

Participate in security tool upgrades, implementations, and ongoing projects

Perform data discovery and classification activities across on-prem, AWS, and Azure environments

Work with tools such as Symantec/Broadcom DLP, Imperva, and Microsoft Purview

Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize product capabilities

Contribute to server builds, system configurations, and infrastructure support

Assist with firewall configuration and rule creation, ensuring alignment with security policies

Support monitoring and scanning activities within cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)

Data Technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop

Security Tools: Symantec/Broadcom DLP, Imperva, Microsoft Purview
