Insight Global is hiring a Workday Testing Analyst to support one of its largest clients in the life sciences space. The Testing Analyst will own testing coordination across the Workday workstreams by managing test plans, scheduling execution, tracking progress, consolidating results, and driving defect management in Jira. They will ensure test scenarios reflect real HR operational flows, maintain clear documentation and evidence, facilitate triage sessions, coordinate retesting, and provide concise status reporting to leadership to reduce go-live risk.
Requirements
3+ years coordinating enterprise testing for Workday HR systems
Workday certification in any functional module (HCM ideally)
Strong Jira skills: defect logging, workflow management, dashboards/status reporting
Experience managing test scripts, evidence collection, retest coordination, and sign-offs
Proven ability to coordinate across HR, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders
Strong business acumen and communication skills Experience testing across multiple Workday modules or cross-functional E2E scenarios
Divestiture/carve-out or large transformation program experience
Experience validating payroll-related data and integrations
Familiarity with test governance (entry/exit criteria, defect severity models)
