Job description
- HashiCorp Terraform, env zero, Ansible Automation Platform.
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure).
- GitHub Cloud (Actions, Copilot).
- Cloudflare, SendGrid.
- Datadog, Teleport, HashiCorp Vault.
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Enable security controls including dynamic secrets management, secrets scanning workflows, and policy as code.
- Design and implement automation for self-service adoption, access provisioning, and compliance monitoring.
- Respond to user support requests via ServiceNow and continuously improve platform support documentation and onboarding workflows.
- Participate in Agile sprints, sprint planning, and cross-team technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SRE, platform engineering, or equivalent production infrastructure experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and/or Azure networking, IAM, managed services, and cost governance.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS or AKS) including Helm, RBAC, network policies, and cluster upgrades.
- Practical experience authoring and maintaining Terraform modules at scale (HCP Terraform preferred).
- Solid Datadog experience: monitors, SLI/SLO tracking, log management, and synthetic testing.
- Demonstrated ability to write automation in Python, Go, Bash, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of zero-trust security principles and tools (Vault, Teleport, or equivalents).
- Strong communication skills able to translate complex infrastructure topics for non-technical stakeholders.
