Data Scientist (Remote - US)

This role supports the development and maintenance of data-driven and agentic AI solutions, partnering closely with the Managing Data Scientist and cross-functional teams throughout the full development lifecycle. Responsibilities include contributing to data collection, exploratory analysis, model and agent development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.

The position focuses on building foundational experience in designing and implementing AI agents and cloud-based AI solutions, while supporting the delivery of scalable systems in production environments. The individual will collaborate across teams to apply established best practices, leverage reusable components, and help ensure consistent, high-quality execution of AI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply LLMs, programming languages, and tools used by the team to improve efficiency and solve business problems.

• Assistin exploring new data sources, research, and models in collaboration with other team members.

• Supports project planning efforts by breaking down AI/predictive modeling and development tasks into manageable subtasks, tracking progress, and meeting assigned deadlines. Execute analytical and modeling tasks as part of a larger project team.

• Apply standard best practices to develop statistical and machine learning techniques to build models that address business needs and improve data quality and decision making.

• Review and discuss AI/modeling techniques and results with peers and mentors, clearly communicating findings and incorporating feedback.

• Contributes to stakeholder communications by preparing summaries, documentation, and analysis to support senior team members influencing business partners and leaders.

• Work with guidance to understand business problems and requirements and help identifyappropriate modelingapproaches.

• Assistin developing prototypes and frameworks that integrate data and machine learning/predictive modeling into business decision making processes., The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.

• 2+ years ofhands on, practical experience using Python for data analysis, modelling, and building production ready solutions, along with experience using other modern data science tools (R, SQL, TensorFlow,PyTorch).

• Strong theoretical exposure or practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks to provision and manage cloud resources

• Working knowledge or coursework exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), observability concepts, and cloud security fundamentals.

• Familiarity withagentic codingtools, such as ClaudeCode orGitHubCopilot.

• Introductory experience or strong interest in AI agent development using at least one framework (e.g., Azure AF, AWS Strands, Google ADK,LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK).

Desirable Skills

• Interest in or exposure to risk management or AI governance concepts.

• Exposure or practical experiences in Azure Foundry, or AWS Bedrock

• Prior experience or high interest in AI Audit or Risk Management related work

• Basic familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools for provisioning and managing cloud resources.

• Familiarity with building no-code/low-code agents using M365., Business Case Analyses, CI/CD, Data Analytics, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI, Predictive Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Structured Query Language (SQL), Waterfall Model, When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
