Software Engineer

In this contingent Software Engineer assignment, you will work on complex, high-impact initiatives that support large-scale engineering efforts. • Lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze and solve large-scale, multi-faceted technical challenges, including those involving ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
• Design, evaluate, and improve systems by considering both technical and non-technical constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and client teams to define requirements, identify solutions, and drive execution.
• Apply strong knowledge of engineering practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide strategic input and recommendations to improve processes, systems, and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
