• Training Program Development: Design and create engaging curricula, workshops, and learning materials focused on practical AI applications for software engineers. Topics include machine learning fundamentals, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and responsible AI practices.
• Delivery of Training: Lead and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting to the needs of experienced technical audiences.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality learning resources, including documentation, code examples, exercises, and assessments.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with engineering and DS teams to identify AI skill gaps and training needs.
• Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and related technologies.
• Community Building: Foster a community of AI learners within the engineering organization and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Measuring Impact: Define and track metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

• Typically 5+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and languages used in data science.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics to technical audiences.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Passion for teaching and empowering others to learn new technologies.
• Experience with MLOps practices is appreciated. Open-source AI/ML contributions are a plus.
