Job description

  • The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions. The LSA ensures alignment with Pega best practices, business objectives, and enterprise architecture standards while mentoring teams and driving successful implementations., * With the current opportunity, you will get to work with the team that has consistently been setting benchmarks for other deliveries in terms of delivery high CSATs, project completion on time and being one of the best teams to work for in the organization.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Working with middleware services that are core to the business.
  • Liaison with team for integration and testing
  • Unit Testing of service code
  • Bug Fixing identified during testing phase.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • 4 6+ years of hands-on Pega development
  • 2+ years in a Lead Architect or LSA role
  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (v7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
  • Expertise in

  • Case Management & BPM
  • Decisioning (optional but preferred)
  • Data modeling and data pages
  • Constellation UI (Sections, Views, Theming)
  • Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)
  • Security & Access Control
  • Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization
  • Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Process Skills:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)

Behavioral Skills:

  • Good communication

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Engineering
