Job description

We are seeking a skilled End User Computing (EUC) / Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise AI tools enablement and modern workplace technologies. This role focuses on deploying, managing, and optimizing AI-driven applications across Windows and macOS environments while ensuring performance, security, and seamless end-user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in endpoint management, application deployment, automation, and enterprise AI platforms in large-scale environments. Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms
Manage endpoint environments across Windows and macOS
Perform application packaging and deployment (Win32, .pkg, .dmg)
Administer endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, Autopilot (MDM/MAM)
Troubleshoot AI and enterprise application issues related to performance, access, compatibility, and device configuration
Automate provisioning and operational workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python
Support VDI environments including Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD / Windows 365)
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and AI teams to ensure scalable and compliant deployments
Monitor and optimize endpoint performance for AI-driven workloads

Requirements

Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools:
Microsoft 365 Copilot
ChatGPT Enterprise
GitHub Copilot
Claude or similar AI platforms
Strong experience in End User Computing / Endpoint Engineering
Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, Autopilot
Application packaging and deployment across Windows and macOS
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure
Experience supporting VDI environments (Citrix / Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365)
Strong troubleshooting and endpoint performance tuning skills

Good to Have

Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Experience with DEX tools and endpoint analytics
Exposure to Nexthink, ThreatLocker
Microsoft, Jamf, or Azure certifications, * Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
Hands-on engineering mindset with problem-solving ability
Experience working in enterprise-scale endpoint environments
Passion for AI-driven workplace transformation and automation
Ability to work in fast-paced, modern IT environments
