Appian BPM Developer

• 8+ years of experience in Appian BPM development and enterprise application delivery.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian-based business process management solutions.
• Build and maintain Appian process models, records, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Develop and configure Smart Communications (SmartComm) templates and customer communication solutions.
• Integrate Appian applications with databases, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using Appian and SmartComm platforms., * Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, workflow management, and business process automation.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Appian Certification and SmartComm implementation experience are highly preferred.
