Job description
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Engineering solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: IAM Engineering & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions
- Implement user lifecycle management processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
- Configure provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation workflows
System Integration & Architecture
- Integrate OIM with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, RACF, databases, and applications
- Develop and manage connectors and APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integration
- Implement RBAC and access governance frameworks
Operations & Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot provisioning issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning in OIM/WebLogic environments
- Support migrations across environments (VMs, data centers, version upgrades)
Security & Compliance
- Enforce IAM security policies including password management and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Support audit, certification, and compliance initiatives (SOX, GDPR)
- Ensure adherence to enterprise IAM and security standards
Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with business, security, and application teams to define access requirements
- Maintain documentation for IAM architecture, workflows, and procedures
- Collaborate across teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of IAM experience with strong Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 11g/12c) expertise
- Experience with user lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), provisioning, and access governance
- Strong experience integrating OIM with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, RACF, databases)Plusses:
- Experience with OIM upgrades/migrations (12c 14c, data center/VM migrations)
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and WebLogic Server
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments (SOX, GDPR compliance)
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experienceJob Summary
