Job description

  • Execute automated and manual testing procedures for products, systems, and software applications
  • Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, scripts, templates, and supporting tools
  • Collect, analyze, and document test data to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and defensibility
  • Support system, integration, and regression testing activities
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, and test documentation
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product defects and system issues
  • Design and support test fixtures, diagnostic programs, and testing equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support product validation and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support scheduling, resource coordination, and equipment preparation for testing activities
  • Ensure assigned project work is completed within schedule and budget requirements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering?, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer I to support the testing and validation of advanced systems and products in a highly regulated engineering environment. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to gain hands-on experience with system testing, integration, diagnostics, and technical analysis while working alongside experienced engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering foundation, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a mission-critical defense and homeland security environment., * Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Sole U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and DHS Suitability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Atlantic City, NJ

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
  • Experience with SolidWorks CAD and/or 3D printing technologies
  • MATLAB experience preferred
  • Prior systems or integration testing experience
  • Previous experience supporting TSA or DHS programs
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is a plus
