He focuses on the practical mechanics of open-source AI and model scaling. He frequently breaks down how techniques like fine-tuning and distillation actually work, helping engineers build real-world applications with foundation models like Llama and Gemma.

Before moving into AI, Ankit built video editing and live production products at Blackmagic Design. He studied computer science in Montreal and holds an MBA from Cornell.
