Florian Deter leads EMEA strategic partner sales at Microsoft. He focuses on enterprise transformation and scaling partner cloud ecosystems across the region. Before his current role, he ran Microsoft’s enterprise operations as Managing Director for Germany.
He spends his time figuring out what large organizations actually need to become AI-ready. Florian previously managed the global portfolio at Nordcloud and led IBM’s CIO Advisory. He built his early foundation in consulting roles across Oliver Wyman, Accenture, and PwC.
