Rob Nertney designs secure systems for hyperscale environments. As a principal software architect at NVIDIA, he focuses on confidential computing—keeping data safe while it actively runs on accelerator hardware.
He holds several patents in processor design for secure combinations used in production today. Currently, his work tackles the unique security challenges of Agentic AI. He explores how to protect compute infrastructure and assure data integrity when autonomous AI agents execute workflows and access sensitive information.
