Sasha Denisov builds mobile solutions and explores the frontier of on-device AI. With two decades in software development spanning backend, frontend, and mobile stacks, his primary focus is now Flutter and generative AI.
At EPAM, he serves as Chief Software Engineer and Head of the Flutter Discipline. As a Google Developer Expert for AI, Firebase, Flutter, and Dart, Sasha actively contributes tools to the developer ecosystem. He built flutter_gemma, an open-source plugin that lets developers run models locally on iOS, Android, and the web—shifting AI from cloud APIs to private, offline-first architectures.
He is based in Germany, where he co-organizes the Flutter Berlin community.
