IT Service Technician (m/w/d)

• Durchführung von On-Site IT Support für Anwender am Standort Dresden
• Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Updates von IT-Systemen, Software und IT-Infrastruktur
• Serverraumtätigkeiten (z. B. Netzwerkarbeiten, Hardware-Arbeiten, Verkabelung, Basiskontrollen)
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (1st- und 2nd-Level)
• Proaktives Monitoring von Systemen und Services zur Vermeidung von Ausfällen
• Einhaltung und Umsetzung von IT- und IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien
• Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Umsetzung geeigneter Security Patches
• Erstellung, Pflege und Bereitstellung von technischen Dokumentationen
• Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Systemen, Änderungen und Prozessen
• Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Rollouts
• Unterstützung bestehender ROSEN-Standorte in Deutschland

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Berufserfahrung mit entsprechendem Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt wünschenswert
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Desktop-Betriebssystemen
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Interesse an komplexen Systemen sowie eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsorganisation und die Fähigkeit zur Risikoeinschätzung des eigenen Handelns
• Eigeninitiative zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Technologien
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich und serviceorientiert zu vermitteln
• Sicheres Beherrschen der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft für 4-5 Tage on site im Büro
