From October 8th to 10th, the Kubernetes & Cloud Native community gathered in Vienna, Austria, for KCD Austria. This three-day event featured exciting talks, workshops, and networking opportunities for IT professionals. Supported by the CNCF, the event was community-organized and not-for-profit. We at RBI were proud to participate and found it to be an incredibly enriching experience.

We had a great time at TU Day at Technische Universität Wien, where we enjoyed connecting with and getting to know students and young professionals. Our colleagues provided insights into innovative projects and possible career opportunities. It was inspiring to meet so many talented minds eager to shape the future of tech.

In December, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from the talente.programm by Technische Universität Wien here at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. The young talents demonstrated their skills in a #cloud case and got to know our most wanted IT profiles. There was a good laugh at the beer o'clock afterwards, with our professionals rehashing stories from their own student days. It's always nice to see when our employees act as role models and establish a very special relationship with the students.

The TU talente.programm is a special occasion for us to join forces with Raiffeisen Informatik, Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG, and bat-groupware – it was a blast working together!
