Job description

  • Together with your team, you will shape the Data & Analytics product area - from vision and prioritization to technology selection.
  • You will take ownership of our product’s data infrastructure: you design, build, and operate the data warehouse, pipelines, transformation jobs, and integrations with a strong focus on stability and quality.
  • Providing reliable, well‑prepared data for a wide range of use cases will be a core part of your daily work.
  • You maintain, evolve and integrate our BI solution and other analytics tools - both internally and into our SaaS product.
  • You supply the necessary data for AI features and other analytical product components, and work closely with the analytics and product teams.
  • You enjoy contributing to team and process development? Here you’ll have the opportunity to actively shape structures and workflows with your own signature.
  • You continuously develop our self‑service analytics landscape, dashboards, and reports - creating a transparent and scalable data basis for the organization.
  • You collaborate closely with teams across the entire company to strengthen data‑driven ways of working.


Requirements

Professional Skills

  • A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Data Science, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least three years of professional experience in a data or analytics context.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Solid proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript is a plus.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing data transformations and data pipelines.
  • Expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Experience with at least one data warehouse technology such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one BI tool, e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or Superset.
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms, ideally GCP (alternatively AWS or Azure).
  • Ideally, you’ve worked with analytics and BI in a SaaS or multi‑tenancy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Agentic AI and Machine Learning is a plus.
