Job description

 

What will be the challenge in the role: 

  • Partner with stakeholders to guide strategic and transformational initiatives on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements — including user stories and specifications
  • Take ownership of evolving and shaping our low code Power Platform strategy
  • Develop business critical Apps, Automations and CoPilot Agents that offer a great benefit to the business
  • Develop and present concepts, architectures, and solution proposals that inspire confidence
  • Spot opportunities to optimize systems, processes, and workflows for greater impact
  • Take ownership of platform stability, governance, and quality standards
  • Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities
  • Empower and coach our Citizen Developer community to deliver high quality solutions‑quality solutions
  • Collaborate with external partners to integrate tools and services seamlessly
  • Manage relationships across business units, product owners, and IT teams to align priorities

 

Requirements

 

What will help to succeed in the role: 

  • Extensive expertise (3 - 5+ years) with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and with CoPilot
  • Strong background in requirements management, process modelling, business analysis, and digital transformation
  • Experience in project/program management and agile methodologies
  • Ability to make complex technical topics easy to understand for diverse audiences
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work‑oriented approach to work
