Job description
We are &why – an interdisciplinary studio for digital products and brand experiences. We believe the best solutions emerge when bold questions are asked, real responsibility is taken, and work is driven by both speed and high standards.
Our goal: timeless, impactful digital products that not only look beautiful but create genuine relevance. Projects such as the digital platform for KKL Luzern, campaigns reaching millions with FreeNow, immersive storytelling formats, and AI agents for B-Lab demonstrate what drives us.
What you can expect
You will become part of one of our cross-functional project teams, collaborating directly with clients and creatives. You will support projects from initial concept through development to go-live – and beyond.
- You develop sophisticated web applications based on Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- You create interactive, visually compelling interfaces – ideally using Framer Motion or similar tools
- You take responsibility for clean, well-documented code and high code quality
- You actively contribute to and evolve our engineering principles
- You work closely with design, content, and strategy – openly, agilely, and on equal footing
Requirements
Your profile
- You have at least 2–3 years of experience building production-ready web applications (Next.js, React, TypeScript), ideally in an agency or consultancy environment
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to implement complex, design-driven interfaces
- You work in a structured manner, document thoroughly, and can communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- You are curious about new developments – from design and storytelling to 3D
Nice to have:
- Experience with 3D and WebGL technologies (e.g., Three.js)
- Experience with CMS systems
- Agency experience or experience working on multiple projects in parallel
Benefits & conditions
What we offer
- A full-time or part-time position in an interdisciplinary, passionate team
- An individualized working model including focus sessions, pairing, and direct client interaction
- Exciting, creative projects – ranging from AR and VR to interactive storytelling games
- Inspiring offices in Berlin and Munich (1–2 days per week on-site required), with the option for regular remote work
- 30 vacation days, €1,500 annual learning and development budget, gym subsidy (Wellpass/Urban Sports), discounts through partner programs, and JobRad leasing
- A healthy, people-centered work environment with growth opportunities and regular review conversations
