Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows 
  •  Work closely with U.S. clients across multiple industries to understand business and technical requirements 
  •  Develop integrations between APIs, databases, cloud systems, and third-party platforms 
  •  Optimize data processing, transformation, and storage solutions 
  •  Support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives 
  •  Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing data systems 
  •  Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and client stakeholders in a fully remote environment 
  •  Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, and solution design 
  •  Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across projects 

Requirements

  •  3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or similar role 
  •  Strong English communication skills required — near-native or native-level fluency preferred 
  •  Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and distributed remote teams 
  •  Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases 
  •  Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines 
  •  Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 
  •  Experience with Python, Spark, Airflow, dbt, or similar data engineering tools 
  •  Understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data platforms 
  •  Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in client-facing environments 
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  •  Comfortable working across different business domains and fast-moving projects 

    Nice to Have: 
  •  Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker 
  •  Experience with real-time data processing or streaming systems 
  •  Previous consulting or agency experience 
  •  Exposure to AI/ML data workflows
