DevOps Engineer, IT Security Engineer

• Tech passion: You have a master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software/Computer Engineering, Mathematics (with programming affinity), or a related field-and a clear drive to innovate through technology.
• Digital fluency: You're familiar with modern tech concepts like AI, cloud, APIs, and full-stack development, and eager to apply them in a real-world banking environment.
• Customer-centric mindset: You understand how tech can enhance customer experience and are motivated to build solutions that are simple, personal, and smart.
• Growth potential: You're enthusiastic, collaborative, and humble, with international or extracurricular experience and a maximum of two years of professional experience. You're fluent in English and eager to learn more about banking and finance.

These roles sit at the intersection of tech and business, with a strong emphasis on innovation and impact. Many trainees also choose to go abroad for one of their rotations, gaining international experience.

After completing the programme, you'll transition into a permanent role tailored to your interests.
