- Tech passion: You have a master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software/Computer Engineering, Mathematics (with programming affinity), or a related field-and a clear drive to innovate through technology.
- Digital fluency: You're familiar with modern tech concepts like AI, cloud, APIs, and full-stack development, and eager to apply them in a real-world banking environment.
- Customer-centric mindset: You understand how tech can enhance customer experience and are motivated to build solutions that are simple, personal, and smart.
- Growth potential: You're enthusiastic, collaborative, and humble, with international or extracurricular experience and a maximum of two years of professional experience. You're fluent in English and eager to learn more about banking and finance.
