Senior Project Manager - Data & AI (With strong data expertise)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a solid background in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Data Science. Expertise in Data Management would be an asset. This role is pivotal in leading complex projects within our Data & AI Business Line, ensuring successful delivery while leveraging deep technical knowledge., * Data & AI Project Leadership:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of fixed-price projects in Data Strategy, Cloud Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, and AI solutions.
• Ensure projects meet and exceed customer expectations by managing scope, timeline, and budget requirements while maintaining technical excellence.

• Data Expertise & Governance:

• Apply hands-on experience in data architecture, engineering, and/or data science to guide solution design and implementation.
• Champion data management best practices, including governance, quality, and lifecycle management.

• Risk & Quality Management:

• Identify technical and operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Guarantee that deliverables meet enterprise-grade quality standards and align with client expectations.

• Stakeholder & Project Team Management:

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, translating complex data concepts into business value.
• Mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and technical growth.

• Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and cross-selling within client accounts.

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, For this position, we expect a candidate with a university degree, ideally from a university, university of applied sciences, or technical college, and at least 12 years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect or Data Scientist, including a minimum of 10 years managing projects (including fixed-price ones) in Data & AI. A consulting background would be an asset.

• Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency and proven expertise in Data Architecture with Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Databricks, etc.).
• Alternatively, proven expertise in AI or Data Engineering principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, etc.)You hold certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
