Tasks

• Identify and implement digitalization and automation potentials.
• Introduce AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes with technology., * Identification, evaluation, and implementation of digitization and automation potentials in collaboration with the business.
• Introduction of AI-supported tools & processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Analysis & optimization of end-to-end business processes through technology use.
• Training & coaching of departments on digital methods and solutions.
• Promotion of a culture of continuous digital improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Digitalization, or similar.
• Experience in process digitalization, preferably in SMEs or pharma.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change., We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an innovative, creative, and agile personality for our vacancy in a specialist responsibility as, * Experience in digitizing processes, ideally in SMEs or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge in process analysis, RPA, workflow automation, ideally also AI/ML.
• Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking).
• High understanding of business processes and technology use.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.
