• You process and manage personnel files and documents
• You create employment contracts, certificates, and references with high quality
• You support data quality and currency in our core systems with a careful working style
• You manage, maintain, and optimize our HR systems (including SwissSalary, rexx, Swiss+)
• You participate in interdisciplinary HR projects, especially with the payroll area
• You are the contact person for process-related HR questions for around 10 site managers of Senevita Casa in the western and German-speaking Switzerland
• You collaborate with external service providers and system vendors

• You have completed a commercial basic education and already completed further training in the HR field (e.g., HR assistant)
• Some experience in personnel and payroll administration
• Enjoy working with HR systems and optimizing processes
• Advanced Office skills are required, especially in Word and Excel
• Committed, independent, and eager personality with pronounced team player qualities
• You enjoy communicating and can also communicate flawlessly in French
