To strengthen our team in the Technical Facility Management area with one of our top 5 customers in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a service-oriented and experienced professional to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this exciting and versatile role, you are responsible for the smooth operation of building technology in the assigned critical infrastructures/data centers with an availability of at least 99.95%.
Your main tasks:
* Direct execution of orders in the technical area
* Responsibility for the smooth technical operation and its maintenance

Requirements
- Technical training in building technology required; experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building technology.
- Fluent in German and/or French, with good skills in the other., order processing in the electrical area (HVAC) (processing maintenance and inspections in ticketing)
* Leading maintenance, conversion, expansion, and renovation projects
* Performing troubleshooting, commissioning, functional and acceptance tests
* Providing on-call duty and emergency call-outs
* Conducting/assisting with emergency power test runs and power-off tests (POT) as irregular night work
Your profile:
* Technical basic training with knowledge of building technology
* Professional experience with electrical systems
* Further training in project management & facility management is an advantage
* Knowledge in building technology (HVAC & MSRL) desired
* Proficient PC user (MS Office)
* Very good German and/or French skills in spoken and written form with good knowledge of the other language
* Driver's license mandatory (Category B)
* Clean criminal record
