Sr. System Engineer

Supermicro is seeking an experienced system or product engineer for ethernet switch products. This role requires a strong switch product and factory knowledge, excellent communication skills between engineers and factory, and the ability to manage projects effectively. With program management experience is a plus., 1. Product Engineer Role - To coordinating production and building networking products.

2. Support and manage development stage system assembly and testing. Need to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team to review product status and quality.

4. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.

5. Control schedule and on time delivery

6. Improve system process for better quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences.

2. 3-5 years of Product Engineer experience

3. 5+ years of hands-on switch product experience is a plus

4. Experience in manufacturing process.

5. Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members.

6. Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different groups.

7. Effective written and reading skills in both English and Mandarin.
