Job description
As a Business Transformation (Senior) Manager you will be a reliable advisor who works with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4HANA technology ecosystem.
Your key tasks will include:
- Partnering with clients in developing the vision and ambition for their business transformation program, identifying value drivers, and opportunities to create new business models and improve existing business capabilities;
- Understanding current (as-is) and supporting the design of future (to-be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients to excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience;
- Shaping the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtaining the buy-in of client stakeholders;
- Depending on your background and interest, developing in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes;
- Leading workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation programs;
- Overseeing the work of and coach junior team members;
- Leading the business development activities including preparing and pitching proposals for national and international clients for our S/4HANA consulting services., * Be the change by supporting our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo;

Requirements
- Working experience in Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail or Manufacturing;
- 6+ years of relevant Management or Strategic Consulting experience matching the job description in the domains of finance, sales, production, logistics, and/or procurement in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment;
- Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Structured work style to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Bright and energetic leader with proven record of managing individuals, teams and workstreams and exceptional client gravitas and a hunger for winning;
- Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills in English and either German (for Zurich) or French skills (for Geneva) are mandatory on the C1 level minimum;
- High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
