Job description
- Data Process Ownership Governance
- Define and own end to end global data processes customer master data account contact management leadtocash data flow consent preference management data enrichment etc
- Establish data governance standards frameworks KPIs and compliance rules across Salesforce HubSpot and SAP
- Ensure consistency and harmonization of data definitions taxonomies and hierarchies across platforms
- Technology Integration Alignment
- Prioritize system enhancements and ensure alignment with global data strategy
- Data Quality Compliance
- Govern global processes for data quality completeness accuracy duplication management
- Define stewardship responsibilities and monitoring mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with GDPR CCPA and other local regulations around consent and personal data usage
- Change Management Adoption
- Act as the global voice for data process excellence ensuring processes are adopted by local entities
- Develop clear guidelines playbooks and training for markets and functions
- Monitor adoption and continuously refine processes to improve user experience and efficiency
- Innovation Value Creation
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics AI and automation for better insights and efficiencies
- Champion datadriven decision making across marketing sales service and finance
- Benchmark industry best practices for enterprise data management

Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Must Have
- 8 years of experience in Data Governance Master Data Management MDM or Process Ownership roles in large global organizations
