Job description

Ralliant is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Network Manager to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance. You will oversee network operations, lead a team of IT professionals, review vendor contracts, guild architecture decisions, and act as the primary point of contact for network and network security related issues. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of modern network technologies, security protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies., Leading the design, maintenance, and monitoring of business-wide networks

Managing a team of network engineers and analysts

Defining network architecture standards, policies, and procedures

Overseeing implementation of firewalls, switches, wireless, and cloud networking

Ensuring network security through segmentation, access control, and patching

Managing SLAs, incident escalations, and service provider relationships

Planning and budgeting for network upgrades and infrastructure projects

Collaborating with IT leadership on infrastructure strategy

Monitoring KPIs such as uptime, latency, and response time

Leading major projects like SD-WAN rollouts or global connectivity improvements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, 6-10 years of experience in networking and infrastructure

Experience leading technical teams and network projects

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking architecture

Confidence managing third-party providers and internal support

Skilled in network monitoring, performance analysis, and documentation

Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security

Ability to plan upgrades, new installs, and capacity scaling

Effective cross-team communication and escalation handling

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience

Technical background or experience working closely with IT and technical teams

Experience in implementing network infrastructure

Project management skills

Demonstrated leadership skills or experience leading cross-functional teams

US resident who can qualify for ITAR or CMMC regulatory compliance

Bonus or Equity This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. Pay Range 126,700- 235,300 Is this role subject to ITAR?
