Job description
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own and evolve our customer-facing web app for nursing managers and admins as well as collaborate on related backend services. Your mission is to provide our customers with insights and controls on how voize changes their organization and processes, support back-office nursing tasks end-to-end and give administrators a fast and intuitive way to manage their fleet of voize devices. Your work will play a key role in voize's growth. You will pave the way for voize to not only empower nurses on the ground but also nursing management staff.

- Own the nursing management web app by shipping high-quality UX using modern React and TypeScript
- Contribute to backend services; collaborate on CI/CD and testing
- Design safe and simple device-configuration and account flows that scale thousands of devices and across industries
- Shape product decisions to create a tool that truly brings value for your users
- Collect user feedback, prioritise improvements, fix bugs, and monitor error logs for proactive quality, * See challenges as opportunities and iterate quickly to learn and improve

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Strong product thinking and UX focus with an end-user mindset
- Deep experience with modern React (hooks, Suspense, etc.) and strong TypeScript architecture skills
- Relevant experience with backend development, ideally with Kotlin
- Clear communication across teams and comfort with fast iteration & working independently
- Solid Git workflows and collaboration practices, plus good test discipline and CI/CD familiarity
- Nice to have: Tailwind knowledge
