As a (Senior) Systems Engineer (m/f/d), you will be reporting to the Head of Workplace IT. Your mission is to deliver organisation-wide solutions that empower 1KOMMA5° with tailored business tools. These solutions will enhance collaboration, boost productivity, and establish a robust foundation, giving the company a competitive edge and ensuring long-term success. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create, implement, evaluate, deploy, sustain, and enhance core 3rd party (use tools to solve problems)
- Empower collaboration with careful selection and deployment of collaborative applications
- Work with internal customers, to detail comprehensive plans and 3rd party solutions
- Train/educate support staff to help them to solve common issue requests
- Be an essential part of change management on an organisational level
- Contribute to the Workplace IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs
- Automate! Automate! Automate! Use your tooling knowledge to optimise your processes
- Cross functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, including security engineers to ensure we can capitalise on where overlaps can exist.
- Aligning wide-spread changes, as 1KOMMA5° expands, adapts and changes
- Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, IT administration, Tech Business Partnering or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of Mobile Device Management technologies and platforms
- Experience deploying device batch scripts.
- Strong understanding and management experience with tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and Miro.
- Good understanding of office network infrastructure.
- Ability to demonstrate methodology. With an great ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a security focus.
- Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree. Certifications related to MTD, MAM are a plus!
- Willingness to travel primarily within Germany for branch visits, team meetings, and occasional conferences or workshops.
- English written and verbal communication (C1/C2) - German is a huge plus, and benefits the role
