Job description
As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex ERP transformations, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from strategy and planning to implementation and go-live with a strong business value perspective. You will collaborate with a team of talented professionals from BCG and Platinion on local and international projects, ensuring the successful planning, deployment and optimization of ERP systems., Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to identify value for our clients
- Develop and define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes leveraging technological innovation and anticipating future trends
- Define and implement program organization and governance to successfully execute the project and deliver identified business value of transformation
- Manage sourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions
- Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals
- Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business goals and quality criteria, and develop action plans for improvement
- Drive implementation of recovery and stabilization measures of ERP projects
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations leveraging industry standard approaches, e.g. SAP activate
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g., integration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of the solution)
- Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
- Strong client and result orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team spirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
