Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solution Architect Lead (m/f/d) for our SAP environment.
This role can be hired across Europe and contracted in one of our European dependencies. It is a full time role with functional leadership and a high level of flexibility to travel globally.
Your tasks

Oversee global SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations

Working closely with other architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders in the business to ensure product development is aligned with business requirements

Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology

Establish and manage the Solution Architecture governance, structure, and processes

Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)

Translating business requirements into application requirements

Covering complete scope for the S4Hana Program Northstar including L2O, O2C, I2R, P2P, P2D, TnT, R2R, PLM and all sub processes

Support to ensure process E2E is defined with capabilities - standard, core and differentiating with level of maturity and harmonization potential

Ensure Solution for each E2E process related applications, IT integration flows, interfaces, data flows, roles, key design decision and pain points are captured and addressed

Lead and pre-validate the Change Board inputs

Monitor and analyze all change requests to ensure that dependencies are addressed
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * University degree in business studies or adequate education background
- Sound experience in leading people and projects
- Expert level SAP knowledge and deep skills in acting as a Solution Architect within a SAP environment
- Fluent in English
- Readiness to travel globally up to 40 %
