• IT-Sicherheit: Administration von Firewalls und Endpoint-Security-Systemen, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien sowie Überwachung sicherheitsrelevanter Ereignisse im Rahmen von SIEM- und SOC-Prozessen.
• Netzwerk & Systeme: Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs unserer Windows-Server-, Client- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie Administration der virtuellen Serverumgebungen unter VMWare inklusive Backup- und Storage-Systemen (z. B. Veeam, Dell-Storage).
• Monitoring & Automatisierung: Ganzheitliches Monitoring der IT-Landschaft und Automatisierung von Routineprozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
• SAP-Basis-Support: Unterstützung in der SAP-Basisadministration und bei der Absicherung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen., * Hohe Flexibilität und eine ausgewogene Work-Life-Balance durch flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle (z. B. Gleitzeit, mobiles Arbeiten)

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (>3 Jahre), idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Server-/Client-Administration, Backup und Virtualisierung (VMWare, Veeam)
• Erfahrung in der Administration und Absicherung von Netzwerkkomponenten (Firewalls, Netzwerkzugriffskontrollen, Switches) sowie im Betrieb von EDR-Systemen
• Interesse an Automatisierung sowie an modernen Security- und Monitoring-Technologien
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
