Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go/React)

We're building a brand-new SaaS platform to reshape how organisations manage workforce, HR, and compliance. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you won't just be coding tickets - you'll have a direct hand in architecture decisions, system design, and mentoring your peers while working on a modern tech stack (Go + React).

This is a chance to work on a greenfield product with real market impact, inside a stable company with decades of expertise, but the energy of a startup project.

What you'll do

• Own complex technical areas and subsystems end-to-end
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Contribute to decisions on API design, clean code, and technical standards
• Mentor colleagues and help drive engineering excellence
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and engineering peers

Do you have experience in React?, * 6+ years experience as a Fullstack Engineer

• Strong skills in Go (backend) and React (frontend)
• Experience with API design, clean code, and modern architectures
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• German fluency (B2+) or excellent English
