Job description

  • Process vendor master additions and amendments accurately and promptly
  • Maintain precise tax information to support year-end 1099 processing and other compliance requirements
  • Provide support and training to new and existing users encountering issues with vendor requests
  • Prepare vendor mass update requests as required
  • Assist the manager with root-cause analysis of master data integration issues, recommending and executing corrective actions
  • Support the manager in governing change requests to MDM components and policies, ensuring high-quality Vendor Master Data for Global Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Ensure continuous improvement in data quality and accuracy, enforcing SOX controls, Finance Policies, and documented procedures to maintain seamless business operations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Master Data team as a Master Data Professional who will manage the day-to-day activities and various responsibilities pertaining to supplier master data within the organisation. Daily, this position will interact directly with suppliers and employees to ensure compliance with the internal audit controls, Finance, and Global Procurement Policy and country-specific laws. The candidate will use multiple web-based systems to accurately create, maintain, and validate supplier master data on a timely basis for our Europe region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced environment. The ability to meet tight deadlines and flexibility in handling changing priorities is essential to be successful in this position., * Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred, or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in a Finance or Operations role (Master Data Governance experience is a plus)

  • Fluent in German, with professional written and verbal communication skills and a customer service mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate+ Excel skills preferred, and comfortable learning new software/tools independently
  • Experienced with ERP systems and data validation/analysis, demonstrating exceptional accuracy in detail-oriented tasks
  • Adaptable and capable of working independently with minimal instruction, while excelling in team and off-shore collaboration
  • Displays a proactive attitude, openness to learning, and willingness to collaborate and assist where needed
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required to maintain operational effectiveness
