Job description
Fusion Consulting is looking for an experience SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to support the project delivery of high-quality process and technical solutions, ensuring proper documentation, validation, testing, and data preparation for EWM. The role involves collaborating with client and other project streams to understand their requirements, translating these into SAP configurations, and providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing and driving workshops to gather and analyze client requirements (Fit-to-standard analysis)
- Translating business requirements into SAP configuration topics and solutions.
- Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and proposing effective and manageable recommendations.
- Building and unit testing of the functional solution within SAP EWM.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation, including design documents, process flows, and configuration documents.
- Creating functional design specifications (FDS) and supporting developers in the creation of technical design specifications (TDS).
- Providing support for global data standards definition, data cleansing, and migration.
- Supporting end-to-end (E2E) testing activities, including preparing testing documentation, data, and other prerequisites, and resolving testing defects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unity?, * Ideally over 3 years of experience and/or at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Hands-on experience in EWM customization, enhancement, and integration; prior experience with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations and automated warehouse systems is a plus
- Good understanding of the integration between EWM and other modules of S4HANA, including PP-PI, QM, IM, SD, and PM.
- Hands-on experience with key SAP S/4 functionalities in EWM, including inbound and outbound end-to-end processes, advanced production integration, RF framework, physical inventory, layout-oriented and process-oriented storage control, handling units, batch management, resource management, and serialization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to share knowledge and support colleagues.
- Proficiency in English.
