Job description
We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Forecasting) to join our AI & Data Science team. You'll design, deploy, and scale models that forecast campaign performance, optimize marketing outcomes, and power product features used by the world's leading brands.
Working closely with engineering, product, and client teams, you'll turn forecasts into actionable insights and measurable business impact.
What You'll Work On

Forecasting Models - Build and scale time-series models to predict campaign KPIs (conversions, clicks, opens), accounting for seasonality, external signals, and rare events.

Optimization & Recommendations - Create algorithms that drive actionable recommendations (budget allocation, send-time optimization, audience targeting) to maximize revenue and retention.

Experimentation Platforms - Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing frameworks with statistical rigor.

ML Infrastructure - Partner with engineers to productionize scalable pipelines for training, serving, monitoring, and evaluation.

Innovation - Contribute to patents, publish internal research, and share knowledge across teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Must-Have Skills:

5+ years' experience in applied Data Science / Machine Learning.

Fluency in Python and SQL; strong coding practices (modular, testable, clean).

Proven track record developing and deploying ML systems at scale (forecasting, recommendation, causal inference, anomaly detection).

Deep knowledge of statistics, time series, and experiment design.

Ability to take projects from idea design production measurable impact.

Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, global teams.

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with real-time ML systems, feature stores, or orchestration tools (Airflow, MLflow).

Cloud/data stack expertise (AWS, Snowflake).

Background in adtech, e-commerce, or martech.

Deployment experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI.

Exposure to LLMs, GenAI, or prompt engineering.
