Salesforce Consultant

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud capabilities.<\/li>\r\n
• Design tailored CRM solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices.<\/li>\r\n
• Develop user stories, process flows, and functional documentation to support solution delivery.<\/li>\r\n
• Facilitate system testing, end-user training, and change management activities to drive adoption.<\/li>\r\n
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize Salesforce to achieve their goals.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.<\/li>\r\n
• Solid knowledge of CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and business process optimization.<\/li>\r\n
• Experience working in agile project environments, ideally in a consultancy setting.<\/li>\r\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\r\n
• Fluent in German and English.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
