• Zertifizierung SAP HCM bzw. sehr gute Kenntnisse und/oder langjährige Berufserfahrung
• Tiefe Kenntnisse in PY, PA, PT, OM und Customizing & Hands on -Erfahrung
• Hochschulabschluss im Bereich BWL, Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Tiefe Prozesskenntnisse in betriebswirtschaftlichen HR/HCM-Prozessen
• Konzeptionelle & Analytische & Kommunikative & Teamplayer - Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse
• Gerne Erfahrung mit Projekten & Dienstleistungen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch & Englisch
• Neugier für neue Themen und Affinität für IT mit analytischen Fähigkeiten
• Gerne erste Erfahrungen in den Modulen: CP, ESS und MSS
• Persönlichkeit mit hohen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
