Job description
- Administration der Windows-Serverinfrastruktur (VMware, Microsoft Azure)
- Betreuung des Microsoft-365-Umfelds (Entra, Intune, Office 365, Teams, D365FO)
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur
- Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit & Second-Level-Support
- Monitoring & aktive Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Mitarbeit in DevOps-Projekten und Weiterentwicklung laufender Systeme
- Erstellung technischer Konzepte & Unterstützung bei der IT-Beschaffung
- Dokumentation & IT-Support für Mitarbeitende
Requirements
- Einen Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Feld
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure, VM Ware und Windows Server
- Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitsprotokollen und -standards
- Erfahrung in der Fehlerbehebung und im technischen Support
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist
