We are looking for a UI Designer who brings skill and passion to design the platform. You will help us develop usable interfaces that are both visually attractive and easy to use. As a UI Designer, your main responsibility will be to design interfaces that follow our Brand guidelines and Design systems. You will work closely with the Product Designers, learning about complex B2B product Design systems and visually defining interfaces that help both our internal Consultants and our target users.

• You have profound knowledge in Figma, creative UI / Interaction / Visual Design and an understanding of Front-end development.

• You are holding a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• You are having a meaningful portfolio that exemplifies your talent in Interface Designing with focus on consistent Design Systems.

• On top, you're having a strong knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies.

• Staying up to date and be always prepared for the latest trend is a part of your daily business.

• You are acting conceptual and strategical in communication and also have good storytelling skills.

• Finally you are proficient in speaking English. German is not a must but a nice-to-have.
