Responsibilities

Work closely with the Product Team to define analytical needs and provide insights into user behavior.

Partner with the Marketing Team to analyze acquisition and retention campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations.

Develop statistical models to enhance business understanding and drive company growth.

Contribute to defining the architecture for data analysis and model deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data processing flows and conduct in-depth analyses.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

At least 1 year of experience as lead or Project Manager.

Bachelor´s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics).

Strong experience with marketing processes and metrics, ideally in a mobile apps environment.

Advanced Python or R programming skills.

Proven experience developing analytical models and reporting insights.

Proficiency in SQL, dbt, ETLs, and data structures.

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Extra Bonus

Knowledge of data visualization and exploratory analysis tools (Tableau, RMarkdown, Shiny).

Experience deploying models into production environments.

Familiarity with building and deploying data pipelines and services in AWS.

Understanding of AWS database technologies (Redshift, Athena, RDS, S3).
