Job description
- Infrastructure & Automation: You maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure (Hetzner/AWS) and further develop CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo).
- Development: You design microservices with REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot / Spring JPA.
- Deployment: You independently deploy and test new software versions, create error logs, and ensure smooth operation.
- Interfaces: You coordinate closely with the frontend teams to provide complex data structures performantly and user-friendly.
- Teamwork: You work on concrete customer projects and cooperate closely with technical experts to correctly technically map industry-specific data models (e.g., pricing structures).
Requirements
- Containerization: You have a solid command of Docker (Compose/Swarm), Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
- Backend-Know-how: You have experience in developing microservices with Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Tools & Processes: Proficient in version control (Git) and experienced in administering CI/CD pipelines (ideally Atlassian Bamboo).
- Linux-Expertise: You possess good knowledge of using and administering Linux servers and Bash scripting.
- Cloud & Management: Knowledge of managing cloud infrastructures (AWS or Hetzner) and ideally experience with Rancher.
- Working Style: You work solution-oriented, structured, and value working in an agile team.
