Senior Backend Software Engineer

Design and build the core computation engine that powers our business planning platform.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, develop, and deliver features that bring value to users.

• Optimize performance and scalability of systems processing large-scale data in real time.

• Continuously monitor and improve the reliability, maintainability, and test coverage of backend services.

• Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making across the backend stack.

• Champion clean code, great documentation, and modern engineering best practices. Current Projects You could Work On : Computation Engine: Scaling and optimizing our formula engine to support increasingly complex use cases and larger datasets. Performance Optimization: Profiling and improving the speed of real-time queries and calculations. Infrastructure Improvements: Evolving our backend platform for reliability, observability, and developer efficiency. Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with frontend teams to ensure smooth API integration and a great user experience. Technical Challenges:

• Handling real-time computation and aggregation over millions of records.
