Job description
As our UI/UX Designer, you'll create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing experiences across web and mobile. From designing product flows to refining the smallest details in Figma, your work will define how patients interact with Wellis., * Design intuitive user journeys and flows across web and mobile.
- Translate complex healthcare needs into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and data teams.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
- Iterate quickly based on data and feedback to improve conversion and retention.
- Ensure designs are consistent, mobile-first, and accessible.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This role is ideal if you're ~3-5 years into your career, eager to step up to a position with more ownership, and excited to design for a product with real-world impact., * ~3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Must have experience in D2C products.
- Strong skills in Figma and modern design tools.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and polished UI execution.
- Demonstrating a very strong understanding of Design Thinking
- Experience dwith responsive multichannel 'design (web + mobile, app , IOT )
- Understanding of UX research and its importance
- Strong and demonstrable understanding of LEAN and Agile principles
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with engineers and product managers.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow into more responsibility.
- Bonus: ) experience in designing healthcare-related products.
